Delivery Policies
A local delivery fee of US $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. For some rural areas there may be an extra delivery charge.Orders must be received before 11:00 am to assure same-day delivery, Monday to Friday. To assure same day delivery for Saturday orders must be received by 9:00 am on Saturday morning. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following delivery day. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and some major holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
If you need a certain delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee it.
Delivery of orders to remote rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Substitution Policy
We do our best to provide the products as they appear on our website. However, sometimes they products are not available in certain area or at different times of the year. We will substitute with similiar products ensuring the flowers we use are of equal value. We will maintain the style, theme and color scheme as closely as we can with the flowers and containers available. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary, depending on the area they are orderd. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
During Holiday seasons please order you special holiday items early as we do run out of popular items during that time.
